Property clearing means to "clear" a space, place or property energetically. It is very real and powerful. Depending on how toxic the property is (meaning the home, building, hotel, museum, etc.)….the effects of a clearing can be “felt” immediately.

Our world consists of things we cannot see. A house, building or structure, and the land it was built on, compiles and absorbs human emotion and energy. Most homes, buildings and property, have some level of toxicity that is unhealthy for human habitation. Negative energy can and will affect people on multiple levels. 

What is being cleared is negative, discordant and unhealthy energy. This includes, psychic entities, ghosts, poltergiests and earthbound spirits.

Some homes and structures have been built on a sacred ground, burial ground or battleground. This can also be cleared and reassigned. This is a healing for everyone involved, including the negative energies.

It is important to be properly trained to do soul & property clearing work. This is not entertainment and there is a lot of misinformation out there.  

1.) Blessing a home is not going to "clear" a home (not for very long....and it is possible it can make the situation worse). After a home has been "cleared", then a blessing by a priest or minister can be done. It doesn't have to be, but it can if you wish to do this.

2.) Burning sage is not going to clear the home of negative entities. Burning sage does not hold enough energy to clear.

3.) You do not need a psychic, medium or a paranormal investigator to visit your home to "confirm" your feelings that something is seriously wrong with your home. For example, you see dark shadows, orbs, objects move (on their own), or the energy feels heavy, etc.

What are Portalways? 

Portalways are common in property clearings. They are energy doorways where dark energy can enter and...harass or bother people. 

To the left is a picture of a Portalway. The picture was taken of a room from an historic 1875 home in Elgin, IL (USA) in which the owner was restoring the home. I was there for another reason and the owner of the home had no idea, I cleared negative energy. (True story)

Almost immediately, the owner of the home had told me he had felt the house was “haunted”.

There was no mistake that I was there that day…I quickly said to him…”well, if you give me a moment...I can help you with that.”

Why he felt he could tell me that his house was haunted, I’m not sure. But for some reason he must have felt comfortable telling me.

So I asked him if I can take pictures of his home, he said sure and he took me around the home. Normally I don’t need to be in the home…and I didn’t feel anything strange that day.

The white stream on the upper right hand corner of the picture is a negative portal and was not visible when I shot the picture of the room. I was extremely surprised to get this picture. The picture is still in my camera today, as proof that it was not digitally re-touched (or PhotoShop) in any way.

His home was 97% toxic and it did have ghosts, and poltergeist activity, which was cleared...
